An old house, a new beer.
Casa Vieja began around a long table, cold beer, and conversations that never had to end. What started as weekend brewing with friends gradually became a small-batch craft project rooted in hospitality.
Today we keep the same approach: careful process, selected ingredients, and enough time for every recipe to develop real character. The goal is simple: fresh beer, great pizza, and a place where people stay for one more round.
